What to do with sage vodka (split from Outer Boroughs)

Sage pairs very well with pineapple. Try making a cocktail with the sage vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and a dash of bitters. I'd go 1.5 oz SV, .75 to 1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice, .5 oz lemon juice, .5 oz simple syrup or a liqueur, 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters.

  1. Thanks JMF - it's delicious! I did that same recipe but used ginger syrup instead of simple. Terrific!

          Hahaha! As you can tell I didn't see the original, but it sounds like such a great idea...

          I guess that it's not that creative, but the sage vodka just screams bloody mary to me. I don't know if anyone else suggested cooking with it? Gnocchi with browned butter and sage and sage vodka?
