Crazy Buffet in Altamonte Springs seems to be gone. Any other ideas?

  1. hmmm have you looked into the Vi-Mi district? perhaps there is something there?

    1. I end up at China Jade on Colonial and Herndon about once a year (often due to the Jewish tradition of getting Chinese food and going to the movies on Christmas Day), but I've never been impressed by their buffet. The one time I went to Crazy Buffet, I actually liked it, but most people I know were terrified of going there and won't miss it.

      1. i would like to know where is one as well, good ones are pretty hard to find :(
        maybe near disney area?

I only know of one near Disney (I'm sure there are plenty). It's on Apopka-Vineland/535 just north of Disney on the east side of the street, in the same shopping center as a Mexican restaurant and possibly Giordano's. I abhor it but my teenager loves it--which is why I'm seeking a compromise restaurant. He never eats as well anywhere else. Sometimes I just sit with him and sip water.

Let me ask around, why not have him go to Ming's Bistro on the weekend and have dim sum, its much better and he can pretend its a buffet on wheels? a movable feast if you will lol

Oh, he is a huge Ming's Bistro fan and can live on the roast pork buns alone; add in a plate of beef chow fun and he's in kid heaven. But, sometimes he craves an American-style Chinese buffet. Just loves 'em. What's a mom to do? Thanks for asking around!
