One more meal in Dallas

Tonight I ate at the Mansion and it was a pretty great experience, just not mindblowing like I expected. I have one more chance to eat dinner at a fine a dining institute in Dallas, where should I go that will be representative of Dallas and the flavors of Texas and will really blow me away?

C'mon guys. It's gotta be Sharon Hages' York Street. Provided of course, if they can snag a reservation on short notice.

Attended a dinner at Abacus recently that featured Rathbun, Fearings, Pyles, Hage, Olenjack and Brian Holben. Amazing evening for sure. Had to share the photo before I exploded. Now if they could do this every evening...

What a GREAT pic!!! Did your camera shatter after you snapped it for capturing so much awesomeness in one shot?

      Given your criteria, Fearing's.

Im a bit torn between stephan pyles and fearings to be honest, which one is the most likely to wow me?

In that case, then +2 for Fearings (dont' know why I didn't think of that with my original post)! Will suit both the fine dining and "flavors of Texas" criteria...

Sorry it did not live up to your expectations...
Where else did you end up going?
Though I have not been there personally, I have heard great things about Aurora. You might want to check out their website: www.auroradallas.com. I've been wanting to try it for a long time.
And are you set on fine dining for tonight??
What other dining experiences have you had while here?
