Morning trip across Canal St.

I drive from Brooklyn to New Jersey everyday.. I take the Manhattan Bridge to the Holland Tunnel... Does anyone have any suggestions of where I can stop in the morning to grab a quick breakfast or something to take to my office and have for lunch or to treat my coworkers with.. I am assuming the majority of the things will be Chinese.

I take the bridge, go up bowery, cross Broome and grab a Bahn Mi every now and then at Bahn Mi So #1 for example..
