Hi! Need a recommendation for a spot near the theater district to have dinner on Sunday. As this is a last minute trip, it can't be a place that needs reservations too far in advance. Not looking for ultra fancy, but good food and a nice atmosphere (no kids). Thanks.

Our go-to for this kind of pre-theater dinner is West Bank Cafe on 42nd just west of 9th. Contemporary American cuisine with some Italian touches, very good food and service, pleasant adult ambience, reasonable prices. They're on Opentable, so it's easy to check on availability.
