Bachelorette Dinner in Nashville

Hello! A group of about 15 girls are coming to Nashville the first weekend in June. We are staying at the Sheraton downtown. We are all from ages 27 to 40s. What is a good restaurant for us to go to? Not too expensive but nice enough to celebrate! We do want to dress up. Any suggestions welcome!

I would go to Capital Grille because it's one block East but I would not be with 15 folks. It's one of Nashville's finest restaurants. I think the best you could get by on would be about $40/person if that. Morton's Steakhouse is one block south. Check out these. I hope you have a nice trip.

Cabana in Hillsboro Village would be a great spot. Fun atmosphere and good food.

Capital Grill is definitely not a good idea for a large group with a budget. It’s a bit stuffy and probably not what you’re looking for. Suzy Wong’s on Church is a fun place and would probably make a great night for a large group. Lime is another place that comes to mind as well.

I agree that Capital Grille is a terrible idea, and that Cabana and Suzy Wong's would be fun. Basically, several spots in the midtown/Vanderbilt/West End area would be fabulous. In addition to Cabana, look at Lime, Bound'ry, and Rumba.

Head over to the Gulch, which is very close to downtown. Sambuca has good food and usually music on the weekends. There is also the Wine Loft which is a cute wine bar, Ru-Sans for sushi, Cantina Laredo, Tortilla Flats, Whiskey Kitchen - new but very good. Watermark is there as well but probably too pricey. I'd also recommend the Boundry or Virago. Lime started out good but has devolved into mediocre Mexican food. Downtown is going to be more touristy and primarily honky-tonks but there are lots of good spots around Vanderbilt / West End area.

Thanks everyone! I think we are going to go with Cabana, it looks like a ton of fun for a bachelorette party. I will report back next week as to how it went. Thanks again!
