Soft Shells in Northern B'more
It has been suggested that I pick up some soft shell crabs for a small family get together this weekend, and although I've lived here my whole life, I'm clueless about soft shells. How do I tell a good one from a not so good one? How is the batter supposed to taste, what texture?
And most important, any recommendations on where to get them north of B'more: Towson, Lutherville, Cockeysville, etc. area.
