Check out the Gourmet Warehouse on Hastings. I've also ordered often from http://www.citychef.ca, and been really happy. I think they are local & the shipping is super fast. They carry a great selection of Kuhn Rikon pressure cookers I've been lusting after.

How about a farm supply store beyond the eastern suburbs? I think the kind of cooker that you want is mainly used in larger sizes for canning. Thus you need to find a place that has a good selection of canning supplies.

Or just across the border in Lynden.

Check out Home Hardware. As paulj alluded, the ones in the more agricultural areas in the valley sell all sorts of gear not sold in their urban stores. I think the HH on Commercial Dr has some bigger canning pressure cookers...I'll report back if I see some.
