Dragon Mark Is Gone

The Dragon Mark signage is down, replaced by a new sign that says Dumpling House. There's etched glass in the window with the name of the new restaurant, N.T. Dumpling House. When I walked in there wasn't a menu in sight. When I asked, I was given an old laminated Dragon Mark take out menu, which had very little in the way of dumplings on it. The guy there didn't speak any English, but it appears that it's a new operation which also incorporates at least parts of the old Dragon Mark menu. Curious to hear how it compares to the old Dragon Mark from those who frequented there, particularly the XLB.

  1. This is an interesting development. Thanks for the heads up.

    1. Travesty. If Dragon Mark's menu does change then that means we are down to *only* three XLB places in that strip mall that isn't even the size of regulation football field ... MLV, J&J and Happy Kitchen.

I think XLB is still on the menu at the new place.

          You're hilarious Ipse

I too noticed this last week as well before our (all too infrequent) $15 foot massage at the place next to MLV. I believe my Lovely Tasting Assistantâ„¢ (who is from Taiwan) told me the Chinese signage was the same-- only the English name had changed (whatever that means).

Yes, what shall we do with such limited XLB choices in that plaza?

Someone posted recently that they thought Dragon Mark had closed, which made me check more closely. Over the last couple of weeks I'd noticed the sign being on, then off, then on again - on various nights. I hadn't gone into the plaza to see what was up, but this explains it. Thanks for the confirmation Chandavkl.

Since it might have been missed in the other thread...signage is up, it's now known as N.T. Dumpling House.

Did they change anything else besides the name? New menu?

Ah, I see you flunked reading comprehension like I did in grade school.
