I had the most wonderful pistachio muffin when I visited Boston a couple of years ago - moist, flavorful and such a great shade of green! I eyed a container holding four pistachio muffins at Food Emporium the other day. They looked good but I would be interested to hear if anyone has ever tried them and can report how they tasted ...
