In my opinion the best place in Nashville is Kien Giang. It’s off Charlotte in the same plaza as K&S and another Vietnamese restaurant called Miss Saigon. I love the bbq bahn mi, the pancakes, and pretty much any of the Pho selections. Be sure to take cash, they don’t take cards.
