Roasting radishes

I recently roasted some big Radishes that a neighbor brought over. They were really fantastic and just wondered if any one else has done this or has any cooked Radish recipes.

I love roasting radishes, really brings out a sweet flavor. Usually I do this with the tiny ones so the cooking time is shorter. Husband thought they were beets.. .

I cook little red radishes with a little red wine vinegar, butter and some chopped dill tossed in at the end with salt and black pepper. Cook for 4-5 minute until tender. Here's the recipe link:
