steak and eggs?

i used to love binion's coffee shop for a gorgeous top sirloin and eggs. it was my daily breakfast in vegas before i went gambling, drinking, and exploring. now that they have closed the coffee shop where are some other good steak and egg places in vegas for breakfast?
i know the town well and drive everywhere so please recommend any and all places.

You'll feel right at home again. The cook who works the breakfast shift makes *perfect* eggs.

It's been quite a while since I ate there, but Carson St Cafe in the Golden Nugget downtown used to have a really good skirt steak and egg breakfast.
