I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for something to do with leftover frozen potato (not cheese) blintzes? We have a couple of boxes left from shavous and I don't really want to fry them up.
i used to make a pizza blintz souffle, layer of potato blintz, layer of bottled sauce, layer of mozzarella cheese, repeat, bake till melty, best in a loaf pan, for some reason it gets more melty, less water in one
