Looking for quiet restaurant in Glendale

Need to find a place with good food that is quiet enough to hold an important conversation. Mid range prices would be best. We'd like to stay as close to Glendale as possible.

Try Fresco Ristorante on Brand near the car dealerships. It's decently fresh Cal-Italian in a sedate setting, perfect for quiet conversation.

Hmm ... I like Granville but at least when it gets busy, it's not what I would call quiet.
