Baking classes in Toronto?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any places where one could register into a baking class (for things like cakes, pastries, sweets, etc...) within downtown Toronto. I've been looking through Calphalon's website and can't seem to find any classes dedicated to baking, which is a shame since I've enjoyed the couple of other classes that I've done there before.

I'm actually looking mainly for single-day kind of classes like at Calphalon, so that rules out GBC's bakery classes (for now, at least).

Are there any places that people would recommend? Reasonably priced too, naturally =]

Have you looked at Bonnie Stern's cooking School? She always has good classes.
Dish.... is another place that comes to mind.
    Have fun!

I took a look for you:

Great Cooks and the Tea Spot did have a class last year with Dufflet. Maybe they may offer it again if there is interest: http://www.greatcooks.ca/cooking_classes.html

Also I saw a class on doing pies at the Dish Studio:

      Good luck!
