Sunday breakfast

Geoff May 21, 2010 01:51 PM

Early-ish Sunday, will set out for a walk starting at E.24th and 2nd Ave. Can anyone think of decent spot for breakfast (other than any usual corner "Greek coffee shops?" ) thanks!

Penelope's on Lexington or Resto for something a bit different (i.e. eggs benedict on waffles)

      Petite Abeille
      71 Irving (coffee shop)
      Maialino
Friend of a Farmer (long line though)
      'inoteca liquori bar

It really depends on what direction you plan on walking, I guess?

Resto, Blue Smoke, The Breslin, Dos Caminos Park. Eisenberg's Sandwich Shop (just past Madison Square Park) is diner-y, but classic NY.
