Does anyone know where to find fresh red chiles in Hampton Roads

I love Jamie Oliver and practically all of his recipes include a "red chilli" pepper. I've only been able to find jalapenos, serranos, poblanos and various dried peppers locally. I could probably use dried red pepper flakes but the texture wouldn't be the same. Thanks!

sorry this is so late but have you tried any Asian Markets? they tend to carry a huge variety of chilis. Good luck :-)
