Seeking Wild Boar

I'm looking for a butcher in Calgary that stocks Wild Boar - My first choice is Second to None, but they are having trouble getting in touch with their supplier. I'm looking for an 8-10lb bone in leg roast for this weekend. I plan to slowly spit-roast it over an open fire.

In the event that I can't get boar on time - Any suggestions on alternatives species / cuts? I'm looking for something interesting (not beef/pork) that I can get easily in the next few days.

Can't help with the wild boar but maybe think about a leg of lamb. Second to None carries awesome Alberta Lamb from ?Cardston I think ; also Dryview Lamb from Fort Macleod is amazing. You could do sort of a rustic Italian theme for dinner Ok, my mouth is already watering, lol.

Decided to go with a bone-in pork leg roast. Second to none has the best pork so it should work out quite well.
