Best Place for Anniversary in Golden Horseshoe/Niagara

Hi All,
New to the Hamilton area. Wife and I have our 9 year anniversary next week - looking for a romantic atmosphere, unforgettable experience and reasonable prices. Must be within a 45 minute drive, but not in Toronto (traffic).

Does such a place exist?

What about About Thyme Bistro? It's in Vineland. Excellent food with a very reasonably priced prix fixe option ($30.00). Hubby and I enjoyed an amazing meal there about two years ago. They also offer $10.00 corkage for local wines, if that's of interest. You could stop in at a winery or two and then head over with your purchases!

How about Treadwell in old Port Dalhousie? Lovely food (including tasting menus) - I think the price is reasonable given the quality but it is relative, of course. Nice setting on the water and at night would definitely be romantic.
