private room, cozy, elegant, 15 people -post-City Hall wedding

I welcome your suggestions for an good cozy, elegant private room for about 15 people (immediate family) for my sweet daughter's wedding at NYC City Hall. We ar mostly foodies, but nothing too exotic for this one, just good food and wine, price open.

Blue Hill has a back room that fits 18 - 19 at the most. It'd be the perfect size for your foodie gathering.

I had mine in a private room at Eleven Madison Park--it was really lovely.

City Hall Restaurant on Duane Street has a smaller private room called the Rose Room that seats a maximum of 32 guests. It might be ok for 15 people as you would have some room to move around and talk. It would be appropriate for a wedding and is not too far from where they have the weddings. BTW I think the weddings are on Worth Street not City Hall itself.

Bouley is also nearby. Blue Gans, Odeon, Nobu.
