What to cook w/ Israeli Couscous
Hello everyone,
This is my first post, so please be gentle :)
I stumbled upon this recipe: http://bit.ly/buO221 when searching pearl couscous (saw it on Top Chef Masters and was intrigued).
I want to make this but I'm stumped as to what meat would go well with this dish. Any suggestions?
Any thoughts on a side dish? I'm truly stumped!
Thanks so much!

Welcome to ChowHound!
My family loves Israeli couscous, so I serve it a lot, often with a ton of chopped parsley and some toasted pine nuts added in. Love it with chicken of any kind that generates yummy juices to put on the couscous, and whatever vegetable is in season.
Where I live asparagus, swiss chard, and leeks are in season now. But, G. Bush notwithstanding, broccoli is always good, right?
