White Marsh restaurant

My husband and I have an upcoming date night and are looking for an excellent restaurant in the White Marsh area. We love all types of cuisine, and would prefer a place where we can dress casually. Any recommendations? When I think of that area, I can only think of big chains, which I desperately would like to avoid. Thanks!!!

The Williamsburg Inn is an excellent restaurant in the area of White Marsh. They serve generously sized drinks and have excellent Imperial crab, prime rib, fried oysters, Italian style entrees, seafood, etc. Nothing fancy. Just hearty, delicious basics. FoiGras

Sadly, the recommendation might be to avoid White Marsh.

That seems to be the sense I'm getting! Our back up plan is to eat at Clementine on Hartford Rd., which is close enough to where we need to be after dinner. I've heard it's great, but have never been.

Harford Road is a much better food corridor than White Marsh. Clementine is excellent - Enjoy your date night!

What about the Twisted Harp? Billing itself as an Irish Gastropub, it has potential in my eyes. But i have not been to make my opinion yet.

I have heard it becomes quite the party spot at night, so keep that in mind if you want a late dinner.
