Moving to Weaverville,NC Rec's
Well Bread is pretty good for bakery items and a light lunch. It's in the town square area. Honestly, after that, there is not much in my opinion. And for the record, I think Stoney Knob has slipped and we haven't wanted to go back.
Curras is a very short drive, just off exit #23, and is really good. Not sure where you'll be living in Weaverville, but we are in North Asheville closer to Weaverville and still think anything and everything in downtown Asheville is very convenient. If you are close to 19/23 you'll find getting to downtown not to be a big deal even though you are living 'in Weaverville." But who knows, you may be far off the highway or up a mountain somewhere.
All of the North Asheville spots on Merrimon will be pretty convenient too - my favorites are: Luella's BBQ, Sisters McMullen or Creme for pastries and breads, Marco's for pizza, Artisan Deli for sandwiches, and we recently discovered Frazier's, which is nothing super-special but serves up some damn good fried shrimp that I have been having intense cravings for ever since I popped one in my mouth. Vinnie's gets good reviews but I did not think it was that special.
Hope that helps.
