I've been looking for the past week and haven't seen it - only white sesame seeds. Anyone know where I can find black sesame seeds? Downtown/Danforth area preferred.

I'm pretty sure I saw them at Galleria, a Korean supermarket with several locations in T.O. Newest location, recently opened, at Yonge & Steeles in what used to be Chapters. Also, a fairly new location at Don Mills & Leslie.
I found mine at a spice store in kensington market.
Any Asian store, Big Carrot and Bulk Barn (where I buy mine)/
Is there a bulk barn near you? I have purchased mine at the Bulk Barn in Woodbridge.
You will sure get at India Town (Grocery Store) at Lawrence /Markham , next to Soon Lee store.

Kuro goma--black sesame seeds--are usually available at Korean grocers like PAT.
I found tham at Taro's Fish on Sheppard Ave East
T and T has it...on Cherry. At least, the last time I went.
Harvest Wagon at Yonge and Summerhill carries them.

I live in NoCal but just bought toasted black sesame seeds at an Asian market.
