A couple of additions to Laramie since then:
Passage to India - on Grand Ave across from the dorms, I've only been for lunch which is decent. Seems kinda "watered down" for american tastes. I'd like a little more authentic, but might be different ordering off the menu at dinner.
New Italian place downtown, can't remember the name,which is what I can pretty much say about the food. Skip it if you can.
Not new, but I just remembered, Prairie Rose Cafe - mom & pop diner, good food but only open for breakfast & lunch.
