Which would YOU pick?!?
My boyfriend and I are looking for a great restaurant for dinner on a Monday night in NOLA. Here are the four I have narrowed it down to, 1 being my favorite and 4 being my least favorite. Which would you pick? Anyone had the tasting menu @ Cuvee recently? The tasting menu @ MiLa seems to be a bargain. IDK. (I love lamb and Foie Gras if that helps).
1.Cuvee
2.Mila
3.Iris
4.Le Foret

Cuvee recently got a new chef (april 2010). So if you go, let us know how it was. Cuvee used to be one of my fav restaurants, but the last time I went (summer 09), the meal was on par with midnight room service.

Mila. The food is excellent and the wine pairing is a good bargain (although I haven't done the wine pairing dinner). I used to enjoy Cuvee, but the last time I went (about a year ago now), the food was not great. I haven't been to Iris since they moved, but I used to really enjoy it. I have not been impressed by Le Foret (the service was disappointing and our dishes have been poorly executed - overcooked and improperly seasoned).

Please report back if you go to Cuvee. We used to enjoy it but haven't been in quite awhile( despite having a $100 gift card). With over 1000 rest. neither MiLa nor Iris impressed me enough to return. However, I can't even count the number of times we've been to Emeril's.(it's been that many).

Here's Mila's tasting menu. The whole table must participate.
