Restaurants and wineries in or near Catania

I am going to be in Catania for only a day or two and was hoping for some recommendations for eating in Catania. I've seen very good reviews for Ostia Antica Marina and I tre bicchiere. Does anyone have any info on those places or have other recommendations?

Also, I've got a car and planning on doing a day trip west of Catania; looked at visiting Tasca d'Almerita. Does anyone have any suggestions for other wineries or foodie places? Grazie mille.

There is a short thread on that here:

Two years ago, we were in Catania for couple of days. Had a nice dinner at Sicilia in Bocca. Had some good antipasti and pizza at Turi Finocchiaro. For informal stand up lunch, go to Spinella, great arancini, calzonicini, potato, croquettes, involtini of eggplants. It also has table service in the cover terrace on the sidewalk. Also very good pastries and sweets. Same for Savia which is a couple of doors away where the brioche with almond granite for breakfast is a must.
