Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I will be celebrating our anniversary in June, and are looking for a delicious and romantic place to eat. We're willing to spend some money, but please, no $80 entrees! Suggestions?

  1. Cadot would be a good idea. I also saw that Nana is doing a summer prix-fixe special, 3 courses for $45/per person.

Cadot is wonderful. I took my wife there for Valentines and it was perfect. Very reasonably priced and the food was rich and delicious.

THE AMA LUR!!! Seriously this place is the best! It is located within The Gaylord Texan Hotel and Resort (which is equally amazing and worth the trip). It was voted most romantic date spot and it is stunning. My husband and I go for both our birthdays and our wedding anniversary. We always have salads, the most expensive entrees on the menu, drinks (non alcoholic, but not water. ex:tea/coke), and sometimes an appetizer. We usually spend $110 with tip. YOU MUST GO, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! I will attach a photo....
        (Celebrity chef too!)

Who is this chef? I know that Stephan Pyles did consulting for their menu (in other words, he isn't actually in the kitchen). I also remember an article sometime last year about their executive chef leaving.
