looking for suggestions - sustainable, terroir restos/cuisine in Montreal

Hello

I'm looking to hold an "executive dinner" with a focus on sustainability and am trying to find a venue that offers sustainable or terroir cuisine in the Downtown core (Montreal). I've looked at Aix cuisine, but their banquet rooms are surprisingly not that great.
Anyone have any suggestions?
