What's good at Standard Tap?

I'm excited to finally be heading here for the first time, meeting some friends for a relaxed hang-out. What do you love to eat here? Anything to avoid?

Everything is good at the Standard Tap. My favorite is their beet salad. No one makes it better.

I always go with whatever game (wild boar, antelope, venison, ect) or fish is on the menu. This is the part of the menu that seperates the Tap from other gastropubs. I would also try some oysters or clams from the raw menu. For sides the fiddleheads w/ favas are excellent as is the striped bass crudo.

When it's on the menu (should be about now!) the soft shell crab sandwich is really good. The smelts are good. And roast pork sandwich. And the beer.

it's been a while since I was there but I remember delicious steamed clams and an out of this world pork sandwich!
