You will find a plethora of passable pizza joints and red sauce italian places, but nothing all that great. 'Good' pizza is easy to find, Transcendent pizza is difficult..
Reservoir Tavern is the best bet for a 'bar pie', Anna Marie's in Wharton is a pizzeria that has done alright by me lately..

Sorry to say, that I don't believe you're going to even come close to having good pizza in western Morris County. You can get plenty of good New American at a number of fine restaurants, but pizza.....NO. I will always go out of my way for good pie, and as I travel on business from time to time here, I don't ever recall anyone ever citing a great pie to be had out there.
I suggest that you find access SOUTH on #31 and eventually wend your way onto Route 29 south into Trenton. Pizza Nirvana to be had in the city. See prvevious NJ Pizza threads on here.
