What's the name of this steakhouse?

Hi,
About 2 years ago my parents went to Vegas and I booked them a steakhouse. Now they want to go back.

It was quite far off the Strip (don't know which direction, either South or West), it supposedly had a bird in its name (Eagle or Falcon or something like that), but I am not absolutely sure, and from the web site it looked like it was in an old barn, it was also decorated in a Western style. Allegedly they did amazing Surf & Turf.

I found this restaurant on Chowhound back then, but I can't seem to find it now. Please help!

Thanks to all of you guys!
When I checked it with my parents, I found that I was in fact looking for the Del Frisco. They probably just changed their web site in the meantime, it looks much more cool and slick then it used to, so I didn't recognise it. Thanks again!

Thanks, that was my idea at first but the restaurant I'm looking for looked totally different - it looked lot less cool and lot more warm, cosy and cowboy-ish...
