Anyone host a private event at La Petite Auberge?

Hi - I'm looking to host my rehearsal dinner in the private upstairs room at La Petite Auberge. I'd love to hear of anyone's experience with that restaurant for a private event. They say they don't do contracts - fishy. Anyone?
