Very cheap but decent sushi in DC?

Anyone know of a very cheap but decent sushi restaurant in DC? Preferably near Dupont/Logan/U Street. Just acceptable fish would be fine with me if it's cheap enough, so long as the sushi is made to order (not sitting around)... Wok n roll in Chinatown is one option but I'm wondering if there's more.

Thanks!

    Hey John,

Sushi Sushi in Glover Park (across the street from Two Amy's) has a lunch special: nice salad, good cup of miso, and two rolls for $8. The fish is pretty decent and the service is solid.

Kotobuki is definitely the cheap sushi king in DC.

Kotobuki is great and cheap, but it's in Georgetown (Palisades).

The Shops at National Place has a SOHO self serve type sushi layout and there is also a Kabuki Sushi in the food court proper, which I have not tried. The SOHO is inexpensive and fresh, I usually average out $1 a piece. They will also take requests and they have everything. White tuna and eel are my favorites there. The fish on the nigiri have gotten thinner over time, but it is still my budget place for sushi.

I really like Sakana in Dupont Circle. Affordable and delicious.
