Columbus, OH - Best Pan Fried Crispy Noodles???

Looking for a place or places that have the best pan fried crispy Asian noodles. :) Thanks!

    The best i've had in Cbus were at a little hole in the wall called Fortune Restaurant just north or Ackerman on Olentangy. I'm not saying they are the best ever, just the best in Cbus
