Korean in the Western Suburbs?

A friend is visiting from out-of-town and has a craving for Korean food. We're in the western suburbs and I've not had any luck finding a Korean restaurant. Hoping to avoid heading into the city, if possible.

Thanks!

  1. Not sure if it is still there, but Cho Dang Tofu House in Naperville's Ogden Mall (near Kmart and Ogden 6 movie theater) is authentic Korean. Joy Yee in Iroquois Mall just accross the road from Kmart serves a variety of good Korean dishes.

Also, if you haven't been to Nagoya sushi/seafood buffet on Route 59 just south of Aurora Ave, try it. Many seafood items in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, styles or dishes
