Ice Cream Recipes

My husband went to a garage sale and bought a Simac Il Gelataio 1600 ice cream maker for $10.00. It's great. It's in perfect shape and makes great ice cream and gelato. I've made maple ice cream and vanilla.
I would like to get some new ideas for flavors for summer.
