Friend coming in for art show at Fort Mason and wanting to meet up on Friday morning. Doesn't want to go far from show.

Anybody have recommendations in the area?

Thanks.

    On Chestnut Street:

Judy's Cafe - omelets, french toast
The Grove - oatmeal with fruit, bacon, egg dishes, waffles
Squat & Gobble - various egg dishes
Beccheli's diner - pancakes, full breakfasts

    On Lombard:

Home Plate - buttermilk, cornmeal and buckwheat pancakes and waffles, full breakfasts
Bay Watch - belgian waffles, pancakes, full breakfasts

I think all of the above are very good. The ones on Chestnut have outside seating

About 1/2 mile to Buena Vista, the breakfast is ok but the coffee(Irish) is great.
