scones in Bogota?

I moved to Bogota about 3 months ago and have had some serious trouble finding quality baked goods (scones, danishes, croissants). Maybe it's the altitude, but the texture is way off, and the flavors are far too sweet. Any suggestions in Chapinero?

    Hi!

You can order some great, flaky, buttery croissants from Nova Gourmet. They bake all kinds of good stuff and freeze it. So you just pop it in the toaster oven and you've got a fresh croissant or awesome pain au chocolate in like 7 minutes.

Only in Bogotá and delivered to your home...and they used to make scones but there was little demand so they stopped production. Hopefully they'll bring them back....the southern biscuits are awesome too...

La Bagatelle has good stuff, as well as Michelle. They both have several locations, including la zona rosa and parque de la 93.
