mozzarella curd

Does anyone know where I can purchase mozzarella curd in Phoenix? I used to get it at Dish.

    I don't know about rennet but I thot the Delish Dishes at 7th Avenue and Missouri carried it. Do they no longer?

      You can buy it? I've made it. Rennet and citric acid are all that's required.

        Where does one buy rennet? I would LOVE to make my own mozzarella.

          I found rennet at Fry's -- near the gelatin, I believe. Junket is the brand:

          I got citric acid at Sprouts, in the bulk foods jars.
