Japanese version of Torung

I'll be downtown tonight and would love to get some good Japanese food that's not too pricey. For those of you who know the Thai restaurant Torung on Hollywood Blvd. I'm hoping to find a Japanese restaurant along those lines. The more authentic the better!

Suehiro is definitely the Japanese version of Torung. I spent many evenings in both back in the day.
