Telepan at dinner next week- what are their best dishes at the moment?

I am planning to go to Telepan next week in a group of 5. Since the menu changes seasonally, I was wondering what the current chowhounder favorites on the menu are?

Telepan worked out as a great option. The ambience and service were exactly what we wanted, and the food surpassed our expectations. The house smoked trout, the lobster midcourse, the halibut entree and the chocolate-peanut better dessert were what i ordered, and was great. the other 4 ordered different things - asparagus, pea pancakes, chicken, a strawberry dessert, etc. everyone liked the food a lot. Thanks guys!

I was there last week. We we quite impressed with everything--flavours were very springlike. The ricotta and potato pierogis were standouts, as was the char. The desserts were all excellent, particularly a chocolate and peanut butter item that was heavenly. Enjoy.
