Duck Sausage at Mountain View, California Ave Farmer's Market?
Does anyone know the name/brand of the purveyor of duck sausage and pates at the Mountain View and California Ave. (Palo Alto) farmer's market? He/the company may be at other markets too, but I have definitely seen him at these two places....
Thanks!
Is it Fabrique Delices? They are on the Palo Alto vendors list

As others said, it's definitely Fabrique Delices. Their "Duck Sausages with Figs" are always kept in my freezer, "en cas d'urgence." They're distinctive and very convenient for quick interesting appetizers and things like that. (Sort of like duck and fruit sauce combined in one piece. Unusual savory flavor, nicely aromatic when you heat them with a little water in a covered skillet and then sauté.)
The main reason I'm posting here, though, is to mention a newer product that some Fabrique fans may not have tried yet. The "Smoked Salmon and Spinach Mousse" comes refrigerated, in little tranches of about 100g, sealed in plastic. A perfect condiment to spread on coarse Acme country bread (and serve with tea for instance). Flavorful but much lighter than Fabrique's traditional run of savory meat pastes and even rillettes. I've been having it at breakfast or as a snack lately.

And the smoked salmon mousse is available at a crazy good price of $5.99 for 7 oz. at Crossroads (vs. $12 elsewhere).
