Amazing porchetta sandwich at DiPalo's

Just got back from lunch at DiPalo's, where I had such an amazing porchetta sandwich. The sandwich consisted of nothing but warm, freshly roasted porchetta on ciabatta. The pork was so juicy and flavorful from the herbs, and every bite had a bit of crispy crackling. I have to say it beat the porchetta sandwich from Porchetta hands down. I'm not sure how often they have this item, but if you see it, do not pass it up! Also, if you happen to be in DiPalo's and see the fresh porchetta on the counter, you might want to try asking Lou to make you a sandwich.
