Foodwise, I would rate them equal. Ambiance wise I prefer Vineland and Peller over Hillebrand. The latter being a bit more modern, open space and less formal.

Charles, you're awesome, plus we have the same last name, well, at least I think we do, haha.
Hillebrand is indeed a lot more modern. What did you have at Vineland? Most recently, I had the tasting menu at Peller Estates.
Also, if you're a Wine Club member at Hillebrand/Peller Estates, and mention it casually or off-hand to your server, they may give an extra treat ;) Mine was a flight of icewines - Cabernet Franc, Vidal, and Riesling :)

Ooh, that's a toughy - I've been to both Peller Estates & Hillebrand, haven't tried Vineland. Will you be having wine with your meal? Both Peller & HIllebrand have excellent wine and service. Lunch at HIllebrand is in a separate building than the boutique, while Peller Estates is a large building, very gorgeous, both dining rooms are intimate, and the chefs are excellent.
