Any recs for a large party - 15 or so - downtown/east village/bankers hill

Looking for a birthday spot memorial day weekend, large party is the problem, around 15. Spots we are considering: Cucina Urbana (have an early res for 13), Nobu.

Any thoughts here? How big is Bankers Hill Bar and Grill? Also considering Bice?

Price range $60-$80 per person.

Not sure if Nobu is do-able at that price range and quite frankly, was not my choice but there is another birthday person involved.

You could do the PRefixe at Roys downtown with drinks for that much. You could also use their patio it looks very nice.
