If north Indian food works, I can recommend Nirvana (http://www.nirvanatheflavoursofindia.com). It's delicious flavours, great atmosphere for a business meeting, and doesn't have to be overly "exotic" if that would be a turn off. The food out of the tandoor is fantastic (even the mushrooms!).

Second Nirvana. Good Ambience and quick service. It has a buffet at the table option during lunch, i.e. it is AYCE but you have to order it to your table from a set menu, and the food is great!
