Pumpkin seed mole like Mixteco's? [moved from Chicago board]
Does anyone have a recipe for a pumpkin seed mole like the one served at Mixteco? The recipes I find online are for verde pumpkin seed mole, but this one is not green. It's brown, although not as dark as regular moles either. Maybe it's a hybrid of the two? I don't know but if anyone with more mole knowledge can post a recipe or direct me to one, I will be grateful.
