Garnachas in Providence area?

I recently visited Belize and Guatemala and LOVED the simple yet flavorful garnachas that were a lunchtime staple... Any idea where you can find these in the Providence/Cranston area around lunchtime? Please help!!!

Not sue what a garnacha is. I know the wine grape from Spain with the same name, but never heard of this. Description?

Garnachas: Guatemalan (Oaxacan, really) dish of crispy, fried tortillas topped with ground meat and other savory toppings. Similar to a small tostada.
